MarketStar Student Resource Center

Founded in 2020 and officially opened in 2021, the MarketStar Student Resource Center (MSRC) is available for Ogden Students in immediate need of short-term support. Any family or student in need of support should contact their school counselor or main office.

The MSRC is stocked with:

Student Pantry Packs (4 ready to eat meals & 6 snacks in 1 bag)
Family Dinner (complete meal in a bag for a small family)
Clothing (underwear, socks, shoes, cold weather gear etc.)
Hygiene products
School supplies
Household items (cleaning supplies etc.)

Community Preschool Partners

In addition to providing our own preschool programs, OSD partners with community agency preschools. For more information on community preschool programs click here.

At Liberty Elementary School, the Ogden School District and United Way of Northern Utah have provided a staff member as a resource to support the families in this community.

The services are free to anyone that would like to use them at any time. The purpose is to support the school leadership, faculty and staff, coordinate with strategic community partners, support students and families, and develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the school staff.
